Collusion Beatty & Sellers Style

The acts of two individuals, acting in secret cooperation, can have a profound affect on the actions of others. The plotting and collaboration of two scheming individuals who develop a secret understanding is collusion. Like the actions of the B-S Duo, Beatty and Sellers. Follow along if you will.....

If you missed the PUSD Board of Education meeting February 9, 2016, you missed a raw performance by the B-S Duo. It all started at 1:56:30 into the meeting with Item D-601, Ratification of the Associate Superintendent Contracts. Since late last year, the B-S Duo have stalled approval of the Associate Superintendent's contracts. They purposefully (they will deny this) avoided attending a meeting called to finalize these contracts in January. Then last night, they worked together to stall approval again.

If you missed the meeting, you missed the first "Road Block" thrown up by the B-S Duo. I commented at the end of my last post, to watch for the B-S Duo to start throwing road blocks up in an attempt to stall or impede actions Ms. O'Connor-Ratcliff or others bring before the board. I had no idea it would happen so quickly.

You really have to view the video to understand the actions of Beatty and Sellers. I could give a blow by blow and articulate what is going on, but you really need to experience it to appreciate it. Start viewing the video at 1:56:30. The agenda item is called by President O'Connor-Ratcliff. At 1:57:03, Sellers grabs his microphone and said, "I would like to move we send these contracts back to counsel for further revision." You REALLY need to watch the video to see what happens next. Sellers completes his motion and looks to Beatty, then leans in as if to say "wake up, your turn". You can see by her reaction, she didn't think Sellers would be finished so quickly. Beatty clearly flinches, grabs her microphone and quickly seconds the motion.

Before I get into what transpired next and Sellers' "explanation", I want to comment on the appropriateness and timing of Beatty and Seller' words and actions. The Associate Superintendent's Contracts have been a subject of conversation for many months. Sellers has openly refused to discuss or participate in these discussions because of his disdain for Dr. Collins. Sellers has been an impediment to resolution of these contracts. The "concerns" voiced by Sellers during his "explanation" were nothing more than a smoke screen to further impede the ratification of these contracts. ALL of the issues raised should have been brought forward and discussed PRIOR to the ratification meeting. The board members (Sellers and Beatty) had the documents in hand with sufficient time to voice concerns, allow for necessary changes to be made and allow for the vote to be taken to ratify these contracts. Beatty and Sellers chose a different path, one that in my opinion was plotted by two scheming individuals, in secret, with the goal of stalling ratification and trying to upstage Ms. O'Connor-Ratcliff and make the others on the Board look bad.

The end game, for which they actually lost, was to have the board ratify the contracts, after Beatty and Sellers gave the appearance the contracts were flawed and in some way illegal. The contacts were not ratified. They will be reviewed again and discussed and again presented for ratification.

Some will say the B-S Duo are watching out for voters/taxpayers with their close scrutiny of these contracts. Reality is, their actions are nothing short of reckless and disruptive. The resulting actions have taken their toll on administrators and others. Associate Superintendent Tracy Hogarth announced her retirement and it has also been said Associate Superintendent of Business Support Services, Malliga Tholandi announced her retirement the day after the board meeting.Both will be leaving on June 30, 2016. Also leaving is Wendy Anderson, the Executive Assistant to the Board, who has accepted a position in San Diego Unified as the Superintendents secretary, leaving March 1, 2016.

That is not the end of what is to come, as a result of the actions of these two. There are a number of Director's who are retirement eligible and contemplating their futures. There are also six (6), count them, SIX open superintendents positions open in San Diego County and the likely retirement of Dr. Collins in the near future. All of this together, does not bode well for Poway Unified.

The continued actions of the B-S Duo show a total and utter lack of respect for the employees of the district. Their actions speak volumes, to every level of employee, when the Board cannot ratify the contract of the three Associate Superintendents. People concerned with these actions need to get involved. Express your concern by contacting Beatty and Sellers and letting them know your concerns. Hold them accountable. Tell them you are watching and aware. Tell them their actions are not acceptable. The B-S Duo both believe they have a mandate to do whatever they chose to do.

Beatty and Sellers Dirty Politics

Just when you think you have seen and heard it all, along comes Kimberly Beatty and Charles Sellers. The duo, now being referred to as the "B-S Duo" in some circles, have stooped to another low, in their quest to "Have it their way". Some of you may have caught the January 29, 2016, Union Tribune article by Pat Maio, "Poway's school president takes tough job". In the article, Beatty is quoted as saying Michelle O'Connor-Ratcliff is betraying the Democratic cause by siding with Mr. Patapow and Mr. Zane on issues. Beatty said, "We are all scratching our heads on that one. That's the million dollar question. It feels like a betrayal to the Democratic cause". 

Today, I learned it did not stop with the comments in the article. I learned, through some of my political contacts (I do have friends in both parties, some would say "low places"), Beatty and Sellers made a complaint, in an attempt to discredit Ms. O'Connor-Ratcliff, with the Democratic North Area Caucus. Beatty and Sellers alleged Ms. O'Connor-Ratcliff was going against the Democratic Party's principles.

Beatty and Sellers were able to set in motion a "Vote of No Confidence" meeting that was held Saturday, February 6th. Ms. O'Connor-Ratcliff was given three days notice of this meeting. At the meeting, Sellers presented to the caucus that he had a list of twenty-three (23) instances where Michelle didn't live up to Democratic values. Oops, he forgot the list and could not provide further details. Beatty provided testimony that Ms. O'Connor-Ratcliff cut off a parent during a board meeting who wanted to speak and that she (Beatty) had to hold the sobbing mother in her arms. (Baloney)

I have not talked to Ms. O'Connor-Ratcliff about this meeting, so do not have any insight into her thoughts. I can only imagine the frustrations and anger for having to go through something like this, as well as it being generated by a fellow board member. The meeting and information presented, is all public record information, so anyone who wishes to explore deeper into this, may want to contact a member of the North Area Democratic Caucus.

Ms. O'Connor-Ratcliff handled herself with poise. She articulated clearly her support for the values and ethos of the Democratic Party. She provided concrete examples of her support and allegiance to the progressive values of a Democrat. Her voting record as a Board member speaks for itself. Ms. O'Connor-Ratcliff called this attempt by Beatty and Sellers for what it is; a mean spirited attempt to discredit her for not voting in lockstep with them. (Click letter below to view)

The long and the short of it, the "B-S Duo" were not successful in their attempts to discredit Ms. O'Connor-Ratcliff.

This gives one cause to wonder about the germination of the article penned by Maio. How did a story of this nature come about? It is after all an election year and politics seem to be the focus of the news. I call BS on the B-S Duo's attempt to discredit Ms. O'Connor-Ratcliff.

Dirty Politics is used most often by people who lack ethics and morals. Fortunately, the Democratic North Caucus saw this attempt for what it was and refused to play. This is yet another example to what lengths the B-S Duo will go to in an attempt to "get their way". Watch the B-S Duo throw road block after road block up in an attempt to stall and impede any action Ms. O'Connor-Ratcliff proposes.

Rev. Al Sharpton - Rev. Shane Harris - Christopher Garnier

What do the three names in the title of this post have in common? Many know who the Reverend Al Sharpton is. Many of you know who Christopher Garnier is. But, how many of you know who the Reverend Shane Harris is?

The School Board meeting last night was again held before a packed house. There were rumors the Garnier's invited Carmen Miranda-Griffith, past president of CSEA in Escondido Union School District to speak on their behalf. The Garnier's appeared at Escondido's School Board meeting the week before, creating quite a stir, challenging the Board on everything from Brown Act violation accusations, threats of a law suit, to racism. The Escondido Grapevine carried an article about the meeting "Escondido Union School District gets Curiouser and Curiouser" . 

Miranda-Griffith was called to speak by Mr. Patapow and it was clear she did not have a true grasp of what it was she was trying to say (Her words can be heard at 1:37). The three points she was trying to make centered around the District's relationship with Dan Shinoff, a pay raise for Dr. Collins and the Restraining Order handed down by the courts for Christopher Garnier. It appeared she had been sold a bill of goods by the Garnier's and truly did not understand what she was talking about.

Darlene Willis spoke before the Board, bringing to light harassment she has received for her speaking before the Board at the December meeting. Dr. Willis talked about threats received from someone in the audience (Kim Garnier) and her need to seek a restraining order. Dr. Willis also thanked the Board and District for what they were doing for February's Black History Month as well as the recognition of Dr. Martin Luther King Day.

Then came Shane Harris. I should say, The Reverend Shane Harris. (To listen to his words, start at 1:49) . I transcribed what Harris had to say. 

"I am here today, I come in the spirit of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. I come as San Diego President of the National Action Network. I head up the chapter and work in conjunction with the Reverend Al Sharpton. I will say this, I don't know you and by no means am I going to judge you as a Board. But, I'm here to speak on behalf of the untold heroes of Poway. I'm here to speak on behalf of those who are under-served and under represented in North County and I'm here to really deal with the fact that this law firm that you have had, the Shinoff Law Firm, Dan Shinoff, dealing with this law firm and dealings you have had, I've heard for some time about North County in general dealing with this law firm and legal council that it provides and I'm very concerned about people in this position where they are just speaking from a passionate place of challenges that are happening in their community and in their schools but feeling like if they speak up or say something too much that they will be restrained from that point on from really being able to speak from the passionate place of challenges that are happening in their community. I'll this, there's a young man names Chris Garnier that we are joining an alliance with and we are going to fight for Chris. We are going to ensure justice for Chris and with me, being the co-publisher of a news paper here in San Diego, The San Diego Monitor News Paper and my relationship with the media. I want to tell a good story about Poway School District. I want to tell a story where we are able to meet and have a conversation Ms. President to ensure that justice and clarity and communication are happening between particularly the black and Hispanic communities of Poway. So I would like for his, this restraining order and this constant issue of restraining orders against people for speaking. That they have their opportunity to voice their opinions clearly and I want to ensure that you know we are watching. I have made a call to the Reverend Al Sharpton. I want to make the right decision here and I want you to make the right decision here, we can make this the easy way or the hard way, but I want to ensure that we get this done for the people. The people must have a voice and so since Chris is restrained"

At this point, Harris resumed his seat in the audience and made an attempt to continue his presentation, which was denied by the Board President. A brief exchange took place with Miranda-Griffith getting into the debate. Shortly after this, Harris and Miranda-Griffith left the Board Room. In the lobby, Kim Garnier thanks Harris and Miranda-Griffith for their presentations. As Harris and Miranda-Griffiths head for the exit, Dr. Willis and Marsha Dodson offered another side to the story. The discussion moved outside and continued for about twenty minutes. I stood by and listened to the exchanges and came away from this experience shaking my head in disbelief. It was abundantly clear, Harris and Miranda-Griffiths are under the impression the Garnier's are victims. Miranda-Griffiths mantra was centered on Dan Shinoff. Everything she said was tied to Dan Shinoff. Harris believed the Garnier's were facing restraining orders from the Board and driven by Dan Shinoff. Harris was clearly blinded by his ambition and the lies given him by the Garnier's about their plight. Dr. Willis and Ms. Dodson and others were polite and informative. Harris was obviously uncomfortable with what Willis and Dodson were saying. But, he held strong in his commitment to the Garnier's  

A brief look at Harris' background shows a young man who grew up too fast and struggled in his youth. His father died when he was very young, his mother unfit to care for him due to drug use, he bounced through the foster care system and spent some time on the streets. He bounced around the juvenile justice system and as a teenager went to church for the first time. The church became a focal point for him and his life took a different turn. Harris formed "The Shane Harris Ministries Inc."  Harris describes himself as a Visionary, Civil Rights Leader, TV Commentator, Ordained Minister/Preacher, Radio Show Host and Activist. Harris is the President of the National Action Network, San Diego Branch. (NAN - San Diego) NAN was founded by Al Sharpton. 

This young man, well intention-ed as he is, has been fed a series of half truths, lies and exaggerations by the Garnier's. The brief education Harris received from Dr. Willis, Marsha Dodson and others should give him cause to step back, ask questions and rethink the fight he is threatening. I have doubts this young man is capable of doing this, but time will tell. 

The Reverend Al Sharpton is being used as a tool (did I just say that?) to threaten the Board and District. Harris implies his position as "co-publisher" of a newspaper, president of NAN and "relationship with the media" as well as his connection to Al Sharpton,  should scare the Board and District into meeting his demands or those of the Garnier's. Subtle, veiled, implied threats.... yet again. 

If you did not attend the meeting, I strongly urge everyone to listen to the meeting or watch the video when it is available. Beatty and Sellers were in rare form. Listen to Sellers "Board Member Report" which was not a report as defined in Board Policy. Beatty also goes beyond the scope of a "Board Member Report". Then the vote on D-201, Sellers voting "no"; D-202, Managers Contract; Sellers and Beatty trying to "Table" the action and then both voting "no" when their attempt to table failed.

Subject: College Bound Increased Funding Linked to Prostitution

Dear PUSD School Board Trustees,

I would appreciate an explanation as to how College Bound's funding increased from $20,000 to $75,000 without  Board approval.  Is there any District oversight on how College Bound spends our funds?  Does the District check to see if funds are being used for personal use?  I saw an invoice College Bound submitted for food that I believe was over $1800.00 that apparently surprised the District and Mel Robertson reluctantly approved the reimbursement.

I read several emails where Darlene Willis pressured John Collins to increase CB's funding.  Can Collins increase the funding on his own without the board being involved??

This is my take on the December 2015 Board Meeting:

Darlene Willis prostituted herself by throwing Chris Garnier under the bus for increased PUSD funding and even with that,  her praise of Collins was  "he's not perfect".  Steve McMillan is encouraging Darlene Willis to go after the Garniers which sort of makes him a Pimp and Collins is giving Darlene money so he is the John.

It all makes sense.

Keith Wilson

Wilson cannot help himself and again uses sexual innuendo in an attempt to make a point. What makes this e-mail so pathetic is the part of my involvement with Darlene Willis, going after the Garnier's. It was the Garnier's who went after Dr. Willis, with a vengeance, after Dr. Willis spoke at the December Board Meeting, in support of Dr. Collins and voicing disapproval of the way the Garnier's were handling their grievances with the Board and Dr. Collins. The actions of the Garnier's after her comments at the Board meeting, gave Dr. Willis cause to become fearful of herself and her family and on her own, sought a restraining order to protect herself and her family. I did not talk to Dr. Willis before her comments at the December meeting, nor did I have any discussion with her related to the harassment at the hands of the Garnier's. I can relate to Dr. Willis, because I have experienced the same harassment at the hands of the Garnier's and Wilson. I accept the fact I will receive unwanted spam e-mails as a result of this BLOG. I do not accept the repeated telephone calls, voice mails and e-mails to my office, nor text messages, voice mails and e-mails on Christmas Day, as being part of what is to be expected for my posts. The threats are veiled, subtle and implied and always present in every text, e-mail or voice mail. I though will continue to suffer the fools of Christopher and Kim Garnier, Keith Wilson and Tom Moore.

There is NOTHING about this that makes any sense.

When you think this guy couldn't show any more of his character, or lack there of, he shows up at the School Board Meeting in Escondido. Keep in mind Garnier does not live in the district. Before you read any more, check out the link provided below, of the video taken presumably by his wife Kim.

The antics of this individual and his wife are so far off the charts I can't begin to put to words how pathetic he is. He continues to create conflict and issues and interject himself into conflict and issues of others. I have been following the issues in Oregon with the idiots up there and every time I watch a segment about this, I expect to see Christopher and Kim Garnier or Keith Wilson as part of the coverage. 

Tuesday, there will be yet another court hearing, involving a request for a Restraining Order, the focus of the order being Kim Garnier. I will follow up with more information when it becomes available. I do know the person seeking the order has been a long time, involved parent, volunteer in the PUSD, who recently spoke at a PUSD Board meeting, in support of Mr. Patapow and Dr. Collins.

The web sites launched in support of Mr. Patapow have received extremely positive comments from 99.9% of those offering comments. The ONE negative comment came from Christopher Garnier who also found the sites. That's a good thing. This means people are paying attention and are starting to see who and what the Garniers and Wilsons are all about. 

Tom Moore apparently continues to pepper the district with public information requests and sending complaints to the District Attorney for his perceived criminal wrong doing by various individuals. This explains the constant rants and boasts of the Garnier's that there are imminent indictments coming for PUSD employees, past and present. The saga continues.

Information for next Tuesdays PUSD Board meeting is that Carmen Miranda-Griffith, the past president of CSEA in Escondido, will be in attendance and speaking. Watch for Christopher and Kim Garnier to offer their usual obligatory standing-o, to whatever it is Carmen provides.

Say NO to the Recall of Patapow

The effort to recall Mr. Patapow is a total and complete waste of taxpayer money, time and energy that could and should all be used to further the educational experience for the children of the Poway Unified School District. A small group of disgruntled individuals, angry about the past, who want to further their personal vendetta and agenda at the expense of all student learning, is behind the recall effort. Do not be fooled by their baseless accusations. Mr. Patapow is a man of honor, integrity, compassion and care. His focus has always been students first. Each and every decision made by Mr. Patapow, during his 50+ years in education, was made with the thought of what is best for kids and education.

Please, pass the word and just say "NO" to those seeking signatures for the recall. Taxpayers and even more so, STUDENTS deserve better. The $500,000 it could cost for a special election should be spent on kids and education. The time and energy taken away from the focus of educating children cannot be made up. Do not allow this small group of misguided individuals the power to take away from the educational opportunities for all students in the Poway Unified School District.

PUSD School Board Moving in the Right Direction - It's about Change

On December 15, 2015, the PUSD Board of Education changed direction. Michelle O'Connor-Ratcliff was elected President. T.J. Zane was elected Vice-Presidents and Andy Patapow was elected Clerk of the Board of Education. Each of the votes was 3-2 with Beatty and Sellers opposing the change in leadership. What was telling about the election of new officers for the Board was Beatty and Seller's attempts to place each other in each of the three positions. Beatty nominated Sellers for President and Clerk. Sellers nominated Beatty for Vice-President.

The past year has been a long and arduous one for staff and community. The struggles associated with a number of personal agendas taking priority over the education of children; the continued assault of Dr. Collins by a small faction of the community as well as two members of the Baord of Education; the irrational and unwarranted re-call effort launched against Mr. Patapow; and the lack of professionalism and integrity of two board members, have all taken their toll.

There is hope 2016 will be a better year for the district, kids and education. The assaults of good people will no doubt continue, by a small group of single focus individuals. The focus and direction of the Board will be lead by Ms. O'Connor-Ratcliff, who has shown her desire to do what is right and put aside any personal agenda she may have. Ms. O'Connor-Ratcliff has proven to be honest, caring, thoughtful, and most importantly, focused on kids and education. She has shown a willingness to work with the Superintendent and staff to do what is right and to avoid being drawn in by those with personal agendas.

Changes are sure to come in 2016 for PUSD. How those changes are received will be key to moving the district in a positive direction. The votes on the Board will no doubt reflect the split that continues to divide the Board. Kids and education will return to front and center and the re-call effort will fade away.

As we prepare to move into the new year, thoughts of the election in November 2016, begin to take priority. Mr. Patapow and Ms. Beatty will be up for re-election. Mr. Patapow will most likely retire after 50+ years in education, opening his seat. Mr. Patapow has distinguished himself as a caring, honest, thoughtful and valuable man during his distinguished career, serving the students of PUSD. He will retire with the admiration of thousands of past students, colleagues and  the voters who supported him through his time as Principle and Trustee. It is NOW time to begin the search to replace Mr. Patapow and Ms. Beatty.

Ms. Beatty has earned being replaced on the Board of Education. She has demonstrated her inability to separate her personal agenda, from her role as a Trustee for the PUSD. Beatty has repeatedly skirted the rules, side stepped the law and pushed hers and others personal agendas, at the expense of good people and the education of children. It's time for a change.

    So as we move into 2016, let us all focus on building the new. Place personal agendas aside and work collectively to do what is right and just. Remember the goal and mission is the education of children. Place them at the beginning of every discussion and avoid the fodder of old.

Threats, Lies and Cries of the Garnier Duo

Truth and lies are funny little animals in today's society. Truth is something told over and over until people believe it to be true. A lie is factual information presented that is objected to by someone who does not like the truth. So, when the Garnier's and Wilson cry harassment, it is usually because someone told the truth about them.

It's a beautiful Christmas day and I am sitting here enjoying a very smooth LA AURORA, Sapphire 1903 Edition cigar and a double 18 year old, Highland Park Single Malt Scotch Whisky. It has been a wonderful, loving, happy day with family and friends. I have ignored my e-mail, telephone and text messages. I'm not on call this holiday and have enjoyed the sights and sounds of Christmas and the joy it brings. I made the ultimate error in judgement and checked my phone after dinner and games.

I am now sitting here puffing my cigar and sipping the fine whisky, musing over several e-mails, a text message and voice mail, all the product of the Garnier family. After sharing with family and friends the content of the various communications Kim and Chris Garnier sent, we all had a good laugh and then discussed the troubling mental state projected in their communications. I will share with you, so you too can understand what these two individuals are all about.

Subject: Defamation

Ms. O'Connor-Ratcliff,

As Board President, I would like to know how you plan to handle the on-going harassment by Steve McMillan. He is representing Poway Unified School District and his outright lies about my family will be added to any lawsuit we bring to PUSD. He is maliciously and knowingly defaming my family and myself.

Please respond at your earliest convenience. The lies told to Mr. McMillan by PUSD employees and affiliates will cost the district financially.

It's time to put a stop to the attacks against our families. We will take legal action against Mr. McMillan as well as Poway Unified's role in his harassment. What will you do to prevent further litigation for PUSD?

Before I respond to the above e-mail, I want to be perfectly clear on several points.

• I DO NOT represent the Poway Unified School District in any way. 
• I have NOT written nor spoken any "outright lies" about the Garnier or Wilson families. 
• I have NOT harassed the Garnier or Wilson family. 
• I am NOT "maliciously and knowingly defaming" the Garnier or Wilson family. 

"The lies told to Mr. McMillan by PUSD employees and affiliates" implies I have had conversations with members of the PUSD who have provided inaccurate or false information to me that I have then, in some way, used to "defame" the Garnier's or Wilson. The information I write about in this BLOG is taken from Public Information Requests I have sought and received. The information I use for my BLOG is an accumulation of this legally obtained information, as well as my personal observations of Christopher and Kim Garnier and Keith Wilson. I have studied e-mails, video of oral comments made at open meetings of the PUSD Board of Education and talked with others (NOT PUSD employees) who too have been witness to the words and actions of these three individuals. The e-mails were written by Chris and Kim Garnier and Keith Wilson. We often say in my line of work, "You can't make this stuff up."

I laughed out loud at this e-mail and what is characterized as harassment of the Garnier and Wilson family. The belly laugh continues as I read that I am in some way, working in concert with PUSD or members of PUSD. Tears begin flowing as I read Kim Garnier demanding to know how the President of the School Board is going to "handle the on-going harassment by Steve McMillan." This coming from two people who have made it their practice to harass and berate others in pubic and hide behind "Free Speech" and their "right" to say whatever they choose, while speaking before the School Board.

Kim Garnier said it is time to stop the attacks against her "families". My writings have not attacked anyone, but have pointed out some very poor behavior of a family. I have a file of e-mails to support my words and a litany of other evidence to support my beliefs. It is amazing to me there is anyone who takes this family serious and supports the re-call effort they have begun.

Some time back, I recall Kim Garnier stating she was done with my BLOG. Her exact words were: 

"I wish you were capable of having a real dialogue about real issues. I'm embarrassed for you that you're reduced to this blog. I stand by my actions within this battle to make things right and I am damn proud of my family. Do you have any idea what my husband and father have given to PUSD for the past 30+ years? Your ignorance is damaging your argument. I'm finished with this blog. It might be the most immature and illogical piece of garbage I've read in my life."  I guess she forgot.

Chris Garnier called my cell phone at 2:18 pm and left a message that I have transcribed below;

"Mr. McMillan sir, how are you? This is Chris Garnier, my telephone number is 858-740-7329. Love to have a conversation with you sir, figure out a time where you and I could sit down and have a have a really good meeting. Since you truly enjoy bashing me and also try and threaten me with your, your, your, your, seamless, inconsequential threats. Anyway, love to have a conversation with you, try to figure out why your hatred is so strong against me and have a mature conversation. You are a police officer I was a marine, we both served our government and I would love to sit down and figure out where the disconnect, the disconnect is. Telephone number again, 858-740-7329 Merry Christmas to you sir and if I don't hear back from you by, we will say next week, I will call back again. Thank you sir, have a fantastic day." 

Things did not end there for the Garnier's Christmas folly of text and e-mail. Chris Garnier sent me a text message at about 2:30;

+18587407329: Merry Christmas sir. I would love to have a sit down conversation with you. I think you need a warning as to your blog as you continue to bash and defame my family and me. Your Miramar education may be the barrier in a realization that you will face major litigation under the name of PUSD if you continue your deceptive and defaming actions. This is your warning sir. Please let me know when you have an opportunity to talk so you won't have to fall under major litigation that is headed your way. In your profile you claim, "I always throw the last punch". I'm looking forward to feeling the impact of that "punch"; figuratively, of course. We all know I'm NOT a violent man but a man full of passion. I have finished my first cigar and scotch and am onto a nice cup of Starbucks Christmas blend coffee and a My Father Le Bijou 1922 cigar. I will gladly suffer the fools (Chris and Kim Garnier) and enjoy my vices. I again laughed out loud as I read the content of Chris Garnier's text. Chris thinks I am in "need of a warning as to your (my) blog as you (I ) continue to bash and defame my (Garnier's) family and me (Chris Garnier)." I find it comical and pathetic at the same time, that the Garnier's find the writings in this BLOG to be harassment and bashing their family. I will admit I have pulled no punches when delivering my opinions, based on my observations and the evidence I have gleaned from the various e-mails I have read. I will admit laughingly I have only a "Miramar education which may be the barrier in a realization that I will face major litigation under the name of PUSD." Again I laugh out loud (wiping tears from my eyes) as I try and process how I will be facing "major litigation" for posting the content of e-mails, texts and observations. I am even more perplexed as to the nexus between myself and PUSD. But, I will tempt fate and decline an invitation to talk to Chris Garnier, even though I will "fall under major litigation that is headed my way" for declining his kind offer (mocking of course) .

I'm not sure when or how I have made threats toward Chris Garnier. The metaphoric statement in my profile is just that. I have simply written about the words and actions of a man possessed and am not dissuaded by threats of a law suit. To use the words of Chris Garnier, he is "but a man full of passion". Again, I have simply pointed out the actions of a man who claims not to be violent, yet bully's and threatens anyone who challenges him or his beliefs and then throws the race card into the pile. The salutation used to end the text, "Merry Christmas to you. Very Respectfully, Chris Garnier" is disingenuous. Chris Garnier often uses similar salutations at the end of his caustic, threatening e-mails. It's an odd individual who believes using such salutations, excuses bad behavior.

I retired from the PUSD in 2006. I started paying attention to the goings on with PUSD in December 2014, after reading various news articles about the Board of Education. I received a number of telephone calls and e-mails from people concerned with the direction of the district. In my very first BLOG post, I explained the genesis for my writing. It began as a watchdog type venture of the Board of Education. It quickly became evident two members of the Board and a small group of individuals were working in concert. Three of the individuals in this group are Chris and Kim Garnier and Kim's father, Keith Wilson. As I tried to learn more and understand the motivations of this group, I began seeking to identify alliances and connect the dots. I was amazed and dumbfounded at what I discovered. The blatant and caustic attacks and threats toward members of the District by these individuals are unparalleled when compared to anything or anyone else.

The two individuals who stood out among others in their boorish, graceless and oafish diatribes, both written and spoken, was Chris Garnier and Keith Wilson. They have individually and collectively provided enough fodder to provide a picture of their character. If my postings allow for people to make an informed decision, regarding the re-call effort Wilson and the Garnier's are leading, I have made a difference.

In the end, the truth is the ultimate defense. I have posted supporting documents that allow people to garner their own opinions, as they relate to Chris and Kim Garnier and Keith Wilson. If the Garniers or Wilson want to challenge the e-mails I have posted as being fraudulent, feel free. I simply scan the items I received and paid for and post them here.

The lessons learned today further my beliefs about Chris Garnier.
